Hello, I’m Megan, and I’ve been leading the charge in marketing at Foundation Mortgage since November 2021. We navigated a challenging shift in the mortgage industry, transitioning from a COVID-era refi boom to a high-interest-rate landscape. Despite the odds, our strategic branding initiatives led us to acquire top talent, resulting in a remarkable 300% growth in 2022, while the overall market shrunk by 75%.

We climbed from the 26th spot to the 3rd in overall market volume, all thanks to identifying and engaging our target market – real estate agents and mortgage loan officers. By leveraging a dynamic social media strategy, we made waves, catching the attention of major industry players.

But my experience doesn’t stop at just marketing. I have a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development. I’m not just a “marketing girl” or a social media manager—I’m a business professional with a deep understanding of what works and what doesn’t. I’ve worked under high-performing companies like City House Roasters and Foundation Mortgage, and I know exactly what it takes to run a business, grow brand awareness, recruit top talent, generate business, and leverage social media to fuel it all.

My artistic side comes from years of experience as a dancer, model, and actress into my mid-twenties, which is why you’ll often see me in video content for both my business and my clients—helping capture attention and tell a story. I’m also skilled at coaching others behind the camera to bring out their best on screen.

I know how to strategically use and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and I blend creativity with professionalism to make our videos stand out from the competition.
