I’m Megan — marketer, strategist, and founder of The Brand Agency.


I got my start in 2021, leading marketing at Foundation Mortgage with zero playbook — just a clear vision and the power of social media. In a challenging market, we grew over 300%, and I saw firsthand how the right content builds visibility and trust. ​


Since then, I’ve helped realtors, loan officers, and business owners grow both personal and company brands. I’m not just here to make things look good — I blend strategy, storytelling, and execution to drive real results. ​ With a background in sales, marketing, and business development — plus years of experience as a dancer, model, and actress — I know how to show up confidently and help others do the same.
